Every student deserves a thoughtful plan.
Every family deserves peace of mind.
My job is to make sure you have both.

Meet the Consultant

Hi, I’m Angela Byrd, MBA, CEP—and I run this practice solo, by design.

I work directly with high school students and their families to simplify a complex process and make every step of college planning more intentional, informed, and personal. My goal is to replace overwhelm with clarity—so you can feel confident that every decision supports your student’s success and your family’s investment.

With a background in business and over a decade of experience in college admissions advising, I bring both strategy and empathy to the table. I help students uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and learn how to communicate their unique value in essays, applications, and interviews.
Whether your student is a high achiever or still figuring things out, I meet them where they are—and help them move forward with purpose. You’ll never be handed off to a team or a template. Just personalized, expert guidance designed to make the process clear, calm, and effective.
